Tompolo's Tantita Security Nigeria Ltd, is giving compassionate handouts to redundant individuals for oil and gas assets surveillance being carried out by other people.
I can speak for and defend this fact on OML 30 and OML 34 where Tantita can't point to any field or beat where it has any surveillance guard stationed on duty.
We hear Tompolo's Tantita has listed 42 'ghost workers' for the monthly handouts. We don't envy them, but this is the fraud we say Tantita and NNPCL, it's paymaster are promoting in the oil and gas operating space in the name of surveillance contract.
This is why we align with key stakeholders like Governor Siminalayi Fubara who vehemently faulted the idea of ceded oil assets security to an individual and advocated localising the engagement of local community surveillance contractors in specific assets who are already being engaged by operators of these assets.
The conspiracy to justify the one man show from the very beginning was for Tantita and Mele Kyari to give the impression that the entire oil and gas operating space is so pressurised and enabling for oil theft and assets vandalism.
That is blatant lie. Before Tantita, OML 30 and OML 34 assets have remained safe, intact without operations disruption due to efforts of surveillance guards engaged by local community contractors, collaborating with military guards position in the key assets in the various fields.
While the community contractors engaged are committed to duty in sustaining safety of the assets on meagre allowances, Tompolo and Tantita surveillance with stuffed wallets are going about sharing free money to individuals in Urhoboland of Delta don't do anything to protect oil and gas facilities.
Who are the sub-contractors of Tompolo and his Tantita who share this money? Faceless. Those they pay are faceless. I challenge Tompoloto to declare the engaged local community contractors in Urhoboland of Delta State and their beats for scrunity.
This 'ghost surveillance workers' of Tompolo and Tantita in the Urhoboland of Delta Central must be halted and severed from their surveillance contract.
Those surveillance contractors of the operators of OML 30 and OML 34 on ground doing the job should rather have their wages boosted to further motivate them to raise their commitments.
Enough of the fraudulent surveillance contracts of Tantita and Tompolo covering the Urhoboland of Delta State.
