CNN VS TRUMP AND TRUMP VS AFRICAN LEADERS
Agreed, Trump is a controversial leader of the US, but the truth is that he is known to be a very blunt man no matter who or what is involved. This makes him different, unlike past leaders of the US. For Trump, there is no godfather to call him to order because he single-handedly sponsored himself to grab political power, and he doesn't look at the super rich Americans as one special people. He got there through his personal efforts, political strategy and controversial twitting, hence he was successfully elected the US President. He is a tough character indeed, and a political leader who can't be caged like past leaders who are usually caged by god-fathers and financiers.
I love Trump's strong will and courage for breaking through what past leaders could not do for years. Look at the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and the relocation of US Embassy to Jerusalem by President Trump. As far back as 1995, the US Congress adopted the Jerusalem Embassy Act urging the US Federal Government to relocate the American Embassy to Jerusalem and recognize that city as Israel’s capital. This Act was said to have passed Congress by overwhelming bipartisan majority votes, and was reaffirmed a unanimous vote of the US Senate some months ago. Yet, for over Twenty years, every previous American President had exercised the law’s waiver, refusing to move US Embassy to Jerusalem or to recognized Jerusalem as the Israel’s capital. That was the situation until Trump came along and changed Jerusalem’s status. In the words of Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, while acknowledging the bold move of Trump in this regard, he said: “A Peace that is built on lies will crash on the rocks of Middle Eastern reality. You can only build Peace on Truth.”
Then there is also the Russia and North Korea summits and mediations engineered by Trump. Even though the North Korean move is not yet successful as many would have love it, but Trump has laid a solid foundation for peace in that region, as said by a South Korean Professor/expert in peace negotiations. The truth is that there are a lot of bad people all over the world trying to frustrate him but they can't succeed. The truth is always bitter. The statements they are using against him are all not true but half-truths as always reported by CNN.
CNN in my own assessment is a biased media organisation. I wrote them directly and I will chat with whomever wants to challenge my views about this. The US and UK and almost the entire Europe countries were built by the labour of Africans, who were forcefully sold as slaves. And when the Europeans no longer saw the need for them they dumped the Africans in different places in all the Caribbean Islands region. The Europeans drove away the red Indians, who were the real occupants of America, and occupied their land.
Everything the US President (allegedly or presumably) said about African leaders and its people are true. Far back in 2016, during the US Presidential campaign that brought Trump in, it was reported that, while addressing reporters at Nebraska, Donald Trump heavily criticized African Presidents for “turning their people into slavery, promoting corruption and as well having insatiable desire for power and wealth”. He did not end there, he did not mince words in suggesting that “Africa should be re-colonized once again because Africans are still under slavery,” this time perpetuated by our own people. A casual observer may wonder why on earth should Trump sound so abusive and abrasive against African leaders, but looking critically at his viewpoint, one can hardly fault the comments of the US President. The loquacious billionaire appears to be saying the obvious, and rather than flex our muscles and gnash our teeth, we should swallow our pride and take a closer look at the mirror, putting the performances of our past and present leaders into objective analysis before sticking out our neck in condemnation of Donald Trump. Then there is well reported and controversial alleged remark by Trump describing African nations as “shithole countries”, during a meeting on immigration with Congressional leaders in the US. While this brought outrage and demand for apology from Trump by some stakeholders and African leaders, others could not agree more with the US President’s statement going by the atrocities being committed by African leaders against its people and countries – which have made the continent continually, remain in a state of underdevelopment. Although Trump has denied making the remark as relayed by US lawmakers who were present at the said meeting, it was only his follow-up letter which asked the African Union Chairman, President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, to pass on his “warmest regards” to African leaders that sort of doused the situation. But truth be told, are African leaders not treating their countries and people as shitholes?
The whites are human beings like the Africans but they have been able to use their God given wisdom and knowledge to underrate the black Africans because Africans have refused to wise up, especially in this 21st century. Should Africans blame the whites for using their wisdom and knowledge to develop their countries, the same developed countries that Africans now run to take refuge? Look at Nigerian youths dying every day just trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea, while some are stranded in Lybia as modern slaves. Even Asian countries like China and Japan, are treating Black Africans like slaves in their countries, with so much discrimination and segregation. President Trump does not pretend like Clinton, Obama and others, he tells you blunt and raw the way he sees it without colouration. Nigerians on the other hand, like people who pretend.
In my own view, President Trump has improved the economy of US more than all of the past leaders of that country if put together. He goes to all Asian countries signing trade deals. Coming up with trade policies that would protect the interest of the US economy. Trump said severally during his Presidential campaign that Obama, Clinton and some of them feed on government and that is all they do. But President Trump is a hard-working President. Trump made it clear to China, Saudi Arabia, etc. that if they do not buy goods from US, America in turn will not patronize them in trading. So, they succumbed and signed trade deals with them worth 500 billion dollars, each making trillions of dollars for US. He has created wealth for his country more than all the past Presidents of US if put together. President Trump is a man with a great mind and a genius. Obama and the Clintons were disasters, according to Trump in some of his free speeches during the US Presidential campaign that brought him in. Look at the gay marriage stuff and terrorism. The radical Islamism has almost ruined the entire world but now they are afraid under President Trump's reign. Mind you, no religion across the world encourages the killing of innocent people. All we see are nothing but religious extremists and radicals. Obama was a disgrace to Africa to have allowed gay marriage and allow the terrorism to gain grounds during his time.
Imagine African Chiefs and kings sold their own subjects as slaves to whites. Our leaders steal public money and keep them in white people's banks. What do you call that? Is it foolishness, ignorance or greed? Trump used the right words to describe Africans and stood his ground to restore the integrity of Christianity in the US, which was almost collapsed due to these past clueless US leaders. I respect Trump for what he stands for. Let me tell you, CNN is being sponsored by these bad people to frustrate President Trump. But they will always fail because a false/weak foundation will always collapse. Trump doesn't care. But I think somebody just has to call CNN to order and that is what I have done. If they like, let them continue their evil propaganda. People are just afraid of the truth. I conclude that CNN is just attacking Trump for standing out from the crowd. How has Trump caused the poverty in Nigeria and Africa. Is Trump responsible for the insecurity, kidnapping, Boko Haram and herdsmen killings in Nigeria? Obviously not!
Africans and their leaders have refused to wise up and invest in the development of their countries and the continent. Rather, they prefer trooping to UK, Europe and UAE. We must develop our country and make it attractive like Dubai. The white people are not spirit but are human beings. My kids keep saying they love Nigeria and would stay in Nigeria. They say Daddy this is the best country in the world and all we need is to fix it and we must stay and work here. They see it the same way I see it. Some people hate Trump out of ignorance because of his love for US and his stiff immigration laws. Is he responsible for the abject poverty in Nigeria? Is he the one celebrating these Nigerian public thieves in our country's government? Those who go abroad to study should come back home. Those who go for vacation should come back to develop the country. No foreigner will develop Nigeria for us. Trump is blunt and straightforward and says things the way he sees it.
